When I was in NY, I had 1gb fiber to my home, and xcloud worked great. The occasional graphic artifact here or there, and there is definately noticeable input lag over playing a game locally, but everything was easily playable. I wouldnt stream a competitive FPS, but everything I played was an enjoyable experience.
