Signing up for a race was what I needed to finally get motivated. 12 weeks ago the most I had ever run was 4 miles, and that was 15 years ago. Now 10 miles is a breeze. Well, maybe not a breeze but at least I don't die. 6 more week until my half marathon!

My dad has a Viper V10 engone in his truck. It must be awesome because my dad is awesome.

Good point about putting them overhead. Especially since parking lots tend to be full of cars during the day which would cover all those solar cells.

My crew returned with at least one engine out on just about every other mission. It was a good thing we had four. Though I'm guessing the engine in the F35 is a little more reliable than an Allison T56 turboprop.

    Oh wow.

    Respect.

Going the speed limit doesn't allow you to hold up traffic in the left lane! It's "slower traffic keep right" not "grandmas keep right."

Sounds like the Chevy Nova urban legend.

For perspective, this thing's power to weight ratio of .68 is 17% higher than the Ducati 1199 Superleggera's and 370% higher than the ER-6's!

And the most educated county in the U.S. is..... Los Alamos County, New Mexico. No wonder with all those Manhattan Project people out there.

    Wow, the early '60s!

Why not just cut a hole in the firewall?P

Instead, why don't we just make the car have a soul instead of having technology replicate one? Once again, technology aiming to make us closer to a car is actually driving us further apart. Take a layer away next time instead of adding one.
