If you're training for a 5k, you don't just run a 5k over and over again.
Rather than filling the sink with hot water, I prefer to use a very thick shaving mug, and fill it with scalding water before I get in the shower. When I get out, I pour out the water and have a very warm mug that keeps my shaving foam nice and toasty throughout my shave. Without an entire sink full of hot water.

I always wonder how much of these colossal screw-ups are a result of not caring to adapt, and how much is a result of not knowing how to adapt.
Cloud services are great, but there are some big disadvantages for mobile applications, in my opinion. Between draining your battery, constantly needing coverage to listen, monthly subscription fees and occasional glitches in connectivity, it's just not the same experience.
Wasn't there a UV-opaque film that you could buy, that was supposed to help stop this problem but leave the window transparent?
I hate the idea of ditching Ethernet on what is ostensibly a workstation machine, not an "ultrabook" or similar class of laptop.

Probably not. Most states are "right to work" states now, which means you don't owe the company anything and they don't owe you anything. They can pretty much fire you because they didn't like your shoes.
