Um. If you own Journey you no doubt have a PS3. The soundtrack is available on the PSN and if it's anything like the Flower soundtrack it will be in MP3 format with no DRM and can be easily copied to a USB thumbstick.

If it's anything like the Flower soundtrack it's MP3 format, with no DRM, easily copied to a USB device and then onto your computer. I'll know more in a few hours when I get home. ;)

My entire Rock Band library huh?

*shrug*

Hell, I'd say you're still undervaluing it. :)

Called Gamestop this past Tuesday to ask how much they're giving in store credit for XBox 360 consoles. He asked what model I have. I told him the most recent of the "phat" consoles. The white ones.

Fez and Legend of Grimrock the same week?

Beat me to it.

You pretty much nailed how I feel about this whole business.

New cryptic post on Polytron's website. Release this week?

So nothing on Fez until Summer? Really? I expected it to be a Spring release. :( It's pretty much the only 360 title I'm excited for this year. Everything else I want I'm going to play on some other platform.

"The characters feel the need to repeat pretty much fucking EVERYTHING at least twice..."

The fact that they're skirting around their description of the improvements (like that they didn't even mention the new resolution, the most marketed upgrade of the hardware) combined with the unimpressive comparison shot has me thinking they haven't updated the app to the new *native* resolution yet and it's just

Ugh. Actually I've been dying for a mod to turn *off* the terrible one-shot neck-slicing animation my assassin keeps doing. If it turned off all the other kill cams off that'd be great too. Love you Bethesda, but you're no Rocksteady or Ubisoft when it comes to combat animations. Even in this video every animation

I'm suddenly very concerned. I've been following this game for awhile and I've carefully picked videos to watch so as to not spoil much.

That's more or less what I've been hearing over the years. I've just been so busy playing other games and getting sidetracked that my 6-disc Baldur's Gate has remained unfinished. As far as the learning curve, at one point I was playing 2nd edition D&D with pen and paper... it's just been a long time. :)

I do indeed get the reference. :) I started on NES and Odyssey II games. I was worried that going back to Baldur's Gate might not be as pleasing as playing it when it first came out, but I'm starting to get the impression that that might not be the case. :)

It's partially the false dilemma of "good" vs "bad" dialogue choices that I think I'm getting tired of, so it's good to hear that Baldur's Gate doesn't devolve into that. I had no idea that most of the quests had multiple branches, and the ability to fail quests intrigues me. :)

I actually play pen-and-paper with some friends occasionally and have done for a long time. Thank you for the suggestion though. :)

I have a terrible question. I've owned a copy of Baldur's Gate and its expansion for a long time but never really got into it. Assuming I could even get into the frame of mind to go back to 2nd edition rules, how is Baldur's Gate really?
