I don’t understand why - with no fewer than 10 apartment/condo towers having gone up in the last decade - they couldn't figure this out. And I'm glad you called out that it won't be visible from ground level - because you will still be able to see it from any of the towers that can see the site.

I waited AT LEAST a year and a half to get my Lexus recalls taken care of. Lots of brands create “war rooms” for the Super Bowl, making sure they have all the right people in the room to react quickly if they see a social opportunity - the brand team, all their agencies, their legal departments, etc. It sounds weird, but whatever...it allows things like Oreo’s “Dunk in the Dark” to happen.
