This is a debate that's not even worth having because all the information is already out there on the internet. I think even Kotaku has an article about how Sony blatantly copies Nintendo.

Yeah, I like the Zelda ones but the Mario one didn't capture the essence of Mario at all. I think it's the environment, doesn't feel very Mario like.

This is a main reason why I stopped playing Fantasy games. It's always the same settings, same races, some classes, just with different titles.
