I’m pretty sure Richter came first, from what I’ve seen literally everything Simon does is more or less ripped from Ricther in SotN, including the grand cross move.

They’ve already have collaborations with Sega, Konami, Namco/Bandai, Square-Enix and Capcom with Smash.
