You can do this with out the big obvious eyes via good writing and performance from actor.

In regards to the horse you have to control it in the mind set that you are controlling an animal. Let the horse do all the steering while you point him in the general direction you want to go.

I’d prefer the classic animated version for the world. The game already has more than enough modern Disney, there needs to be more classic stuff.

There’s a better Jungle setting to pick from. It’s called The Jungle Book.

I think the Death Star would be the best way to bring Star Wars into the mix. It’s very self contained and would be easy to write into the plot.
