I’m thinking there might be a His Dark Materials/Angels in America twist where the good place has atrophied or “God” has left. And the point system is some sort of placeholder.

There was a 2-step garage remix of “Loverboy” that was pretty good.

I loved Bobcat’s 80's stand up. If you’d only seen Police Academy it was kind of a shock when he’d rip into Republicans.

I’ll take the vaguely racist Americana aesthetic.

Erotic thrillers are making a comeback.

Frightened Rabbit was fantastic at pulling that off.

Ben DeLaCreme won AS3; the rest was an epilogue.

Morrissey, the Sundays, Amy Winehouse, Mitski...lots of stuff sticks with me depending on my mood. But if I were a Westworld host my core story would probably be from“Here’s Where the Story Ends” by the Sundays:

“We’re all gonna die.”

This is dope.

But that helps you sober up before scarfing down taquitos at 2 am.

I’ve used diluted bleach and a sponge to clean my bathroom and the sponge will disintegrate shortly thereafter.  But man I love that bleach smell in a bathroom.

Okay, a simple “wrong” would’ve done just fine.

So, you see, the puppy was like industry. In that, they were both lost in the woods. And nobody, especially the little boy - “society” - knew where to find ‘em. Except that the puppy was a dog. But the industry, my friends, that was a revolution.

I like that movie but the scene where (spoiler) Snitter(?) is almost rescued by a kindly old man out hunting and then accidentally steps on the gun and blows him away was so over the top I kind of laughed.

I thought Bling Ring was pretty great and a perfect companion piece to Spring Breakers.

Shouldn’t Vixen be there?

I can see why it would read as straight action now, but the first time I played Bioshock it played like a horror game, including the macabre sense of humor.
