The Locke Lamora series by Scott Lynch is a lot of fun; detailed and rich world-building that doesn’t take itself too seriously, great characters, fast pace, snappy dialogue. Imagine a fantasy Pirates of the Caribbean crossed with Ocean’s Eleven and it’s sort of that vibe.
