A lot of us in America find it funny and entertaining too. He has no chance of winning. If you look at some of the actual polls and not just the news articles about them, you’ll notice that about 20% of people say “I would vote for Jeb Bush/Scott Walker/whoever,” 15% say “I would not vote for Bush,” and 65% say “I’m

Ha! I only got 6 for murder! Sucks for you!

My sense is that Brady might win on the procedural issues (did the NFL violate the CBA by not having a proper arbitration hearing), but would probably lose if it reached the substantive issues (did Brady know about the balls being deflated). And before you say that the Wells Report only found that he “probably” knew,

I used to have Ken Griffey Jr. Slugfest for Gameboy Color, which was the sequel to the game listed here. In season mode, the computer wasn’t allowed to turn down any trades, so I would just trade for all the best players and field a team of all future Hall of Famers (and guys who were excluded because of steroids). It only ends in an NDA if you settle. The employer knows they will win so they they will refuse to settle. In which case, it will end with you either losing at trial or the judge dismissing your case before trial. Either of those outcomes are a matter of public record and would show up in a background check.

Minor exception: for some reason, the last paragraph of this post is not true if you live in Montana. But no one lives there, so it’s kind of a moot point.

I haven’t seen anything in which one of her doctors said she was incapable of making an important decision or was being abused. If you have, can you please share the link?

I agree that something seems off, but the Alabama Securities Commission opened an elder abuse investigation and concluded that nothing was amiss. I have to assume that the experts who met with her know more than the internet commenters who haven’t.

But what do they have to gain by leaking the info? They’re name isn’t on it, so they’re not getting famous. I doubt ESPN paid for the info. And they’re risking getting fired and maybe even fined, especially because they took a picture which makes it easier to trace.

Is this English?

But if JPP wanted this info released, couldn’t he have just tweeted it himself or put out an official statement through his agent or through the Giants? There’s no need to do it anonymously if whoever leaked it had JPP’s permission to do so. While it’s definitely possible that it was his agent (the other possibilities

Poor Chris Bosh never gets invited to anything.

Who would buy stocks in Cosby? They’re worthless.

I know that you can’t just declare it. The other side argues that you are a public figure and then the court decides if you are or not. But I would think more people would contest the designation, especially because it’s rarely in your advantage to be legally considered a “public figure.” I know this isn’t a libel
