Now playing

Say what you will about BvS (I’m in the positive camp but understand why people aren’t) but that warehouse fight scene was great. You could really tell they’d been paying attention to the Arkham games.

It’s a perfectly fine movie that I was pleasantly pleased to pick up the DVD from the $3 bin at Half Price Books a few years ago and will linger on it for awhile when it plays on Saturday afternoon TV.

He might surprise you and do Days of Future Past for 2014.

DKIII was surprisingly not that bad. It’s definitely worth a check out from the library at least.

That’s from Batman: Fortunate Son right? One of the absolute worst Bat books I’ve ever read in terms of story telling and artwork.

My first thought wasn’t to that or the actual meaning of the term, it was naturally back to Arrested Development.

Did he have a stroke or something or was his slurring Walken-esque speech pattern an acting choice? I definitely needed the captions to understand what was going on with that scene.

This has me dying at my desk, thank you very much.

Gbenga Akinnagbe was the clear MVP this episode. The look he gave to Frankie as him and his wife were arguing about whether a grandma looks like that and the (paraphrased) “Candy may I cut this man?” question had me rolling in laughter. This was easily the funniest episode of the series so far and it felt like it

Yeah that trailer is an absolute winner. I’ve never seen it before today, and I know the movie isn’t great but I still got a chill up my back.

What an idea!

Anyone else have to get a refund on their DC Universe subscription because of the list of supported devices at launch not being accurate? I use a Fire tablet for reading and a Firestick on my TV, both of which they said would have apps at launch but are nowhere to be seen.

David Simon’s favorite twitter insult right there.

I was able to pick up the FCBD preview of Berlin this past year and it was riveting. I definitely need to find a copy of this and pick it up.

I went to one of the Chicago dates of the Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour in 2010 and it was almost a Roger Rabbit situation where I was almost in physical pain from laughing so much. It was such a well put together and hilarious show.

Came to say the exact same thing. That episode and Ski Lodge are my two favorites.

My sister and her husband found this on their honeymoon and immediately bought it for me. I wore it until the iron on decal fell off.

I’m very disappointed to see Bootleg Bart has moved from Facebook to Instagram. It was one of my favorite pages during its heyday of 2012 - 14.
