It was a sad day for hu-manatee when that website was lost to the sands of time.

The delivery guy and the quit cut to the opening credits might have been the biggest laugh I've gotten from any "Louie" episode. So good.
Eeeeeh
I thought this was easily the worst of the episodes since they expanded to real TV. The repeated father joke, as noted, was amazing but the only other part that worked for me was Cat coughing out the Heroin for her dad/Spiros Vondas.
Yeah, the hugging an audience member that went on at the start of every show for the first two weeks was a little much even for me. I do like when he riffs on people in the audience though, it usually gets some weird out of nowhere comment from Andy which is always welcome.
Well said
Admittedly I'm a giant Conan O'Brien fan (the TBS show is the only reason I've kept my cable and haven't missed a show yet, went to the tour, sat in an empty theater at 3 PM to see the documentary, even went to the Chicago protest rally since I had the day off), but this article is great.
Willis Tower?
NEVER!
He's right
As someone who is reading James Ellroy's "The Big Nowhere" right now I can confirm that "Shine" really is the go to racial slur for old (or period piece) detective novels.
I've never lived outside the city limits of Chicago and I've never been to Hot Doug's or Kuma's.
He doesn't own it any more? Shit, I wanted to go there one day so I can say I've at least seen all three Husker Du members in person and make the reunion happen in my mind.
I have a question
Is 60% of the book dedicated to covering the Yankees and Red Sox?
Yeah, I sped through the first half in about two sittings last week , completely enthralled. I got up to the dissolution of Sugar before stuff got hectic and I realized I had another book due back at the library within the week so I haven't picked it back up since.
I can't stand Nick Kroll. In anything.
One of my favorite lines in the whole series was in the finale. "Oh Duffles." Jane Lynch's delivery kills me every single time.
It seemed more like a mid-season finale than anything else. It really feels like there should be a back nine that explores what Steven and Lizzy would be like in a general obstacle free relationship.
He just showed up in "L.A. Noire" too.
I've only had it for a few days
But this totally lives up to the hype. It's also way faster and more harsh than I was expecting based on "Broken Bone" and "White Rune" being the preview tracks. A very pleasant surprise and I can't wait to see them twice in August.
I only have his Daytrotter Sessions
But I've listened to those like there's no tomorrow for the last six months. I need to pick up some of his other stuff.
I'm not quite sure, but…
I think "Slap of Love" from The Vandals might be about domestic violence. Sample verse and chorus below
It might be a bit of a narrow reference, but I feel like Simon is a generation or two too old to be one of those ultra-dogmatic Plan-It X folk punk types. If he were born in 1980 instead of 1960 he would be a perfect fit with these clowns - http://www.youtube.com/watc…
Your post is harder for me to read than someone who decides to YELL TYPE IN ALL CAPS for some reason. It really hurts my eyes.
