A note about Ciclavia: you will literally be sharing the street with 100,000 people. It's rad but VERY congested. Don't expect to move very fast and be wary of people meandering all over the road without being aware of their surroundings.
I'd like to propose people stop buying cars based on numbers and purchase cars based on their driving experience in the car. Maybe automakers would refocus on simply improving the experience instead of on numbers.

Every large city has a rail line running through it if not close to it. High speed rail is a completely different proposition that would require new lines to be built.
