There is a difference between the general population and the core gamers who have been waiting. Average consumer interest will wane pretty quickly from release as it always does and thats where 99% of the sales are going to come from.

I am rooting for Harebrained Scheme’s “The Lamplighters League” since I enjoyed Battletech so much. It looks like a great game. (Tactical turn base not RPG)
Probably right.
I think so too - and good for them. I’d never heard of the game and would not have, but for the colliding release dates. LOL. Well played, Summerfall Studios.
They think doing this will get them coverage. It has. Would never have heard of this game otherwise.
I mean generally the media buzz for a new release vanishes after about a week so yeah releasing a week later should give it ample breathing room.

A 9 is honestly higher than I would have thought it could achieve but tbh the thing that makes it worth anything is the 1/1 serialization. It could be pringled, marked, even slightly damaged and still probably pull a…
It’s kind of like an auction. It’s what someone is willing to pay for it. How badly do they want it?
Musk shut off the ability for people to see tweets without logging in.
$2 million has a lot of universal value, actually
There are already bids.
I mean, that's some pretty good flavor all things considered.
was playing against someone using this in Arena, and it killed them lol

No. It is not.
Somebody might pay that, but not because the card is worth it, but because because people have millions to burn.
Coolest part is that a real customer cracked it from a pack. The card store / hobby shop it was bought from has been tweeting it this morning. The owner is still anonymous.
