Yes, its definitely a fantastic drama. Its just that you didnt realize the climax was happening as it happened. Everyone was expecting a climatic finish...turns out the chase was the best part. It just left everyone wanting more, so you feel gipped.

I respectfully disagree, I just don't think this is a serious case. Maybe a "serious traffic violation", but not in the grand scheme of cases. And even in the realm of traffic violation, speeding while sober vs driving the speed limit while drunk, I would call the DUI more serious.
