Funky mode in the Toyota Sera. I don’t even know what it does to the stereo, but the fact it’s a labeled option tells you all you need to know

The official term for this was “DUI compartment”

Presumably that is because the Charger/Challenger tooling was paid off like 15 years ago, and they have been able to print money in the time since by selling those to people with bad credit scores. The minivan market requires them to keep their product fresh too, which is harder to do when the Odyssey/Sienna are your

If you find yourself needing to drive over 300 miles every day, you should be looking into a diesel or hybrid. This argument has been dead for years.

I have no doubt they’ll hit their “half of all sales by 2025" goal if they keep making really good hybrid SUVs. The Cayenne hybrid is an excellent car. Not sure how well people will take to the 911, maybe the e-ray will be indicative of future success since corvettes and 911s are frequently cross-shopped.

I was wondering that too. Buying a kei truck (or other small truck) certainly would have been cheaper/easier, unless the owner was very DIY-savvy and owned the corolla outright or something.

Willing to spend a bunch of money on a Ferrari, but unwilling to spend the extra $50 on a battery tender to leave it plugged into. Many such cases

Every American car from the 80s looks like a GTA vehicle

I loved the MX-3, and when I was like 13 I really wanted to get one as a project to get running by the time I could drive. There were several available at the time (circa 2004-ish) for a couple hundred dollars that did not run. My dad said no.

That interior is perplexing. Why did they start with a tan car? Did they not sell these with a black dashboard? It would look a lot less horrible if it was consistently red/black all the way through.

Aftermarket forced induction will almost always lower the value of your car, and this is no exception. Also $26k for one of these in general is unrealistic. ND.

Dramatic improvement, very funny, 10/10 great job

Did you seriously have to cherrypick a photo where he looks like he’s giving a nazi salute? Ted Cruz sucks for a million reasons already, you don’t need to resort to snide jabs like that to criticize the dude in earnest.

“American Muscle” is a very specific style of vehicle. It does not mean “fast car made by an American brand”.

I wanted to believe that initially, but they actually do have different specs and equipment. The Argo one has a steering wheel and pedals (and a steering mechanism), whereas the Sherp has a throttle lever for each side and is operated like a skid steer. I am sure everyone copied Sherp’s homework here but they are

They could have done themselves a lot of favors by posting pictures of the actual car and not an obvious render.

That car is infinitely cooler and also can probably be purchased for less than the price of this thing.

It is not, there are like 4 brands that make seemingly identical vehicles like this. Argo makes one that has a steering wheel/pedals and drives like a car, Sherp makes the one that drives like a skid steer, and this one here appears to use a joystick similar to what you’d see in construction equipment.

Obviously they are doing it to own the libs. As a self-proclaimed lib, I do feel thoroughly owned whenever I see a lifted Ram rolling coal and trying really hard to make it home without getting his third DUI that year.

Honestly if it’s both squatted and rolling coal, they should keep the driver in it when they crush the truck. That person has such disregard for the well-being of everyone around them that they are a burden to society and have done enough damage as it is.
