Oh, you mean like Lebron in last year’s finals?

Well, I can’t say this is a complete surprise given the broader context of Green’s behavior. But I also don’t believe for one second this would have been considered a flagrant under ordinary circumstances. It’s not even clear to me he made contact with the crown jewels — Lebron doesn’t seem to react until Green calls

That’s what makes it so ballsy!

Honestly, it’s not even clear to me Green made contact with his Balzac. Lebron didn’t seem to react until Day Day called him a bitch.

Golden State Warriors (Unofficial):

Second most important after Curry, actually. Much of what the Dubs do on defense depends on Green and quite a bit on offense, too. He basically allows them to play the small-ball Death Lineup. Advanced stats also back up his value on offense and defense.

I’m a tall person with a small bladder. Aisle seat FTW!

It would suck if he took the case pro boner.

Baba Booey?

Catchers don’t usually wear caps anymore. Just saying...

Mangina?

Oops, reply fail.

Not to mention the liability issues...

The difference is Steph posted a .225 WS/48 and .610 TS% his fifth season as a pro. That’s compared with Kyrie’s .144 WS/48 and .540 TS%. Basically, Steph was already doing enough on offense to more than balance out his defensive liabilities.

...says the guy who thinks Tristan Thompson was paid what the market dictated lol. Peace out.

Stop it lol. The Cavs (by which I mean Lebron) made TT’s market. They were bidding against themselves!

Respectfully disagree. GM Lebron’s moves were weak and are hamstringing them now. Tristan Thompson isn’t close to worth the money they’re paying him. JR Smith looks lost out there. And Tyron Lue is hopelessly overmatched at coach.

The difference is MJ was never the de facto GM of his team. This is Lebron’s roster pretty much from top to bottom — including the coach — so he deserves more blame than he might otherwise as a player.

Besides talent and athleticism, the other big difference on D between OKC and CLE is the Thunder played this way all year, giving themselves plenty of time to hone their switching and team defense generally. The Dubs swept them in the regular season because the Thunder were still learning Donovan’s approach. But by

Because the refs didn’t see it when it happened. Nobody did — including you — until the replay showed it in slo-mo from the perfect angle. Refs can’t call a foul just because a guy’s lying on the ground if they didn’t see what caused it.
