I have a feeling you are going to have to go the more painful route, doing a complete rebuild. 

I had a 2012 Raptor that I traded in for a 2017 when they came out. The upgrade was great  (minus the roomba sounding engine note), but looking at this new one... I’m not seeing a big reason to upgrade
