So I am about 7 months out from when it happened. I still have some issues walking down stairs (eccentric movements), and my running career is definitely over. Progress is being made though. My knees definitely can predict weather now as well

I’ve been prescribed Tramadol for my lower back issues. I only take it if my back flares up, maybe three times a year or so, but it helps. It also just makes me warm and drowsy. Not a fan but it does help the lower back pain

I’m kind of surprised with how much I am enjoying Apex Legends. I tried Fortnite and just felt old and out of touch. There’s just something more fun about Apex for me, but I’m not sure what it is.
