Military GPS is very secure. I find it unlikely they spoofed the drone.

Those drones were incredibly effective on their primary goal regardless of who was watching. I just watched a missile fly up my nose. Great, I'm still dead.

SSD's aren't so limited lately, although I won't argue that they all wear out over time. Using the SLC variety will give much better reliability. Most consumer SDD's are MLC except for some of Intel's offerings.

I haven't watched the season finale of Breaking Bad yet. Watching it tonight. That show just gets better. I hope they go beyond a fifth season, but I don't know how they'd keep amping up the tension. I think I'd be having a heart attack every Sunday evening at that point.

Well at least it's a blood free diamond.

It was probably just a misfire of Winona. That would do it.

Every country hacks others including the United States. We do a heck of a lot of other things too to get as much information as possible. I don't blame these hackers much since they probably think they are patriots in their own mind. It's just a different kind of war that doesn't involve as many bullets.

C'mon, water would not be a serious impediment for an alien ship. They'd have to be 100 years ahead of our technology at least. I don't think they'd leave a ship behind even if their technology was lousy enough to get caught in a gravity well that ended in a high speed ocean impact. Even completely different

This makes total sense. It's so that tech geeks have something to learn that makes them mythical in the eyes of normal people (when they need their computer fixed or media system hooked up).

They're ditching cursive? HALLELUJAH!!!

Right after the Hiroshima honeymoon, yes.

It's good that they apologized

Er...how does this whole soulmate/virginity thing work if you didn't have a say-so in the matter? I mean, I know I'm not inact or pristine enough for a soulmate...can I get a mate?

I used internet dating from the 1994 through 2006. Then I met the girl who became my wife. Everyone hits a jackpot if they try long enough. That's about the only thing online dating has going for it if you aren't some creep who lives at home for a decade or two after college. Probably even those guys can find

Hello Hurt Locker.

I'm using Flare now and it doesn't seem like it's doing real HDR. If I pan from a boring wall to a nice bright light it takes the camera several seconds to stop being oversaturated by the light (just like the normal camera).

Third party HDR solutions for the iPT4 work okay. I get more range and correct saturation at the cost of a little more grain in the picture and some blur if the subject is moving. Overall it's not a dramatic improvement like it is on the iPhone (depending on the shot).

Several companies make camping hammocks like this (most with rain tarps too). Most of them are just as durable and probably a little lighter and smaller packing than this one looks to be. The best ones (my opinion) have a velcro seam down the bottom center that self seals when you lay back and is just as easy to

The good ones have a long velcro seam on the bottom down the middle that self seals when you get in and lay back. Easiest (and perhaps fastest) entry and exit method ever and it really works well. No mosquitos for me with that setup.

I have PlayOn. This looks like the medial channel menu turned into an app. The difference is that you get an actual file instead of streaming media. That price sounds a bit steep unless you want to archive the shows from the limited number of big networks that PlayOn carries (support is adding channels gradually
