Well it had to be linked to something, not that I knew, but it was based on the knights that dropped in the Firewall quest mission, they provided the answer.

You will be able to still finish it now but after turning it in may have to a wait another couple days. Was same for me, knocked out earth and moon easy but was up until 1am getting the mars warsat. In the end there were 7 level 40’s defending that warsat
