The sequel better have a Dave Grohl inspired Robin.

Not as good as this guy though
That’s Jeff Goldblum “being freaky”? I’m sure that’s Jeff Goldblum on Tuesday.
I assume that a conscious decision was made to describe Dustin Diamond’s career as skidding to a halt rather than screeching to a halt. Yet more evidence that the AV Club is classier than me.
I know George Segal wasn’t the biggest star on the planet, but he did get an Oscar nomination for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf and was a part of a couple of long-running sitcoms. He has a few more acting credits than fucking Prince Philip, I’m pretty certain.
No button in the history of buttons has ever received less use than the one on this site labeled "Load more slideshows."
I think we may be past the spoiler-warning period for this particular IP.
Just skip a step and call it Virgin Ball.
All sports are stupid nonsense when you get right down to it.
Is it really necessary to call it stupid and a sad excuse for a hobby? I mean, dudes are out there riding sticks, tossing balls and looking to be having fun. Hell, they even went so far as to have uniforms. Let em bang, bro.
What would be an even better thing they could do is, you know...
This will open up more dramatic series to submit as comedies on the assumption that dramedies (hell, straight up dramas) have a better shot than straight up comedies in that category (and they would be correct in that assumption, given how half-our dramas like Nurse Jackie used to rake in Emmy noms and wins.)
Whatever floats her boat. We have already had two Catwoman origin films. Hope this one’s better than the last one.
...it’s trying to have it both ways—to be stupid and clever at the same time, and coming across mostly as the former.
Smartly-dressed, bowler-hat-wearing Ralph Feinnes goes up against a maniacal Scot in a feature-length wink at the audience, rife with gleeful era-mashing, that turns out not to be very good? I’ll stick with “The Avengers”, thanks. At least that had Eddie Izzard.
Being averse to spoilers, I rather prefer this. I don’t read reviews to learn in advance what’ll happen; I read them for vague generalities like what’s the film about, what sorta tone does it have, did the reviewer enjoy it, etc.
