looks good, the best part of moat zelda games is solving the puzzles. botw especially. really interested to see how spawning enemies to fight bosses is going to work. looks like fun.
that explains why thr comments work here while kotaku and the other sites are all blocked off.
sadly this has been par for the course for DCs direct to video projects for a number of years. worst example.is gotham by gaslight where they have a massive zepplin as a set piece that isn't even shaded properly for 90% of the film.
considering how poisoned the audience scores are on most sites (review bombings galore both for and against) critic reviews are a much better metric of quality. a recent example is elemental. it got review bombed early on with a sub 50 percent audience score on rotten tomatoes but thanks to good word of mouth it…
honestly the quality hasn’t really been an issue. review scores have been fairly consistent and doesn't remotely match the drop in revenue.
if you enjoy the cooking bits “Campfire cooking in another world” is abother gem of this weirdly specific niche. it's on crunchyroll and apart from the fact that it is a glorified ad for a japanese grocery delivery website (including real japanese brands) it is genuinely a funny enjoyable watch.
I am not so sure about that. unfortunately the pandemic change consumer purchase patterns. far less people.go see movies (just look at the box office numbers for the last 10 years and you can see 2020 where it crashed and it has yet to recover since then. Instead what we are seeing is far less income from the smaller…
yep, it's not a good movie but it is a good bad movie. Best explanation I have found is it's like they gave roger corman 50 million dollars to make a b-movie. Is it good? hell no but it is fun.
it’s basing the tone a lot on the Trigun maximum manga which was a continuation of the series after the original magazine it was running in went under. it was a lot darker (like to the point of uncomfortable) and also has some of the worst action scenes I have ever read in a manga (at one point I genuinely didn’t…
seems like a nice set. I ended up not finishing stampede as it just wasn’t my cup of tea. I love the original and I read all of the Manga (even all of trigun maximum which was...kind of awful) but I feel.like this retelling just dodn’t hot the right notes for me.
I have a hill to die on and it is this:
for some iterations yes. for others like 13 ghosts and the best movie (zombie island) it is not.
yep, I am not going to deny anything till the movie comes out. marvel is pretty good at keeping things under wraps to the point that they can gaslight us into believing actual behind the scenes footage of garfield is not actually footage.
glad to see, show is awesome
I am not super worried. what we can expect in season 2 is likely only going to cover up until the plot point that will not be spoiled. which at that pace 2 seasons to cover Abby and Ellie’s stories after that makes sense based on the amount of minutes the season seem to be averaging. not to mention if they keep the…
deadpool and wolverine is just the origin story for squirrel girl.
sweet, not sure how I feel about a sequel to prey but I like the idea of another film in an anthology of completely new characters/places dealing with the predator. my guess is either wild west or post apocalypse.
so what I hope is that the bar scene is a stinger for spiderman 4. while the rest of everything is happening in the venomverse and sticking it in the trailer is a red herring. but knowing sony it might not even be in the movie at all.
The ONLY way this works is if they lean on the goofy grappling hook as much as possible. the just cause games are basically watered down spiderman mechanics mixed with a shooter and that works well but only because the focus was the grappling hook shenanigans.
