yep about bloody time.

good to see a small studio doing well with what appears tonbe a fun game.

part of it I think is that a lot of games use the tedium for contrast to make the action more exciting when it happens. mining is tedious and boring but then suddenly you break open a wall and there is a massive opening on the other side with lava and water and things to explore. That contrast makes the big hits feel e

makes sense. cyberpunk is a tabletop rpg so multiplayer is usually a given. what would be nice is if they could make some kind of quest builder built in where DMs could construct storylines themselves to share and have people.play through.

I tend to agree with this. a good example is just cause 3 and cyberpunk 2077. Just cause 3 has a sprawling map and while it has great vehicles to get around when it takes 5+ minutes to cross the map using the fastest vehicle in the game (a fighter jet) with nothing to do or look at of course I am going to just fast

thats why you vpn good luck subpoena-ing 30+ servers in multiple countries.

they actually do take down rom hacks and game roms. the sites that host them tend to migrate hosts often or host them on servers outside copyright friendly countries.

burner account + vpn once its out of the bottle the genie is out and you cant outrun the reposts.

I feel like this should really be understood at this point. don’t reveal your nintendo IP related projects until you release it and do so using a vpn and burner accounts. once it is in the wild it is in the wild and Nintendo can't do much to stop it.

I am cautiously optimisitic. If we get something like gotham knights with much cleaner traversal/combat then I think it will be a fun game especially if they do keep the season content free.

came here just to say thank you for the spoiler warning even though it’s an eight year old game. I picked this up a few years back for $7.50 at Meijier for the royale edition and only played a little before jumping to another game but this is still on my list.

it’s more of an “everything we do is designed to waste time so why act like it isn't and just enjoy the ride?"

Does big tech think video game characters only exist to waste our time?”

my assumption here is that xbox/windows store only allows dedicated servers run by microsoft while pocketpair wants to run the servers themselves. Microsoft doesn’t want to give up on that server rental money or they have stipulations for security for the servers to connect to the xbox ecosystem that pocketpair don’t

what point of failure? you are not actually riding the broken tracks at all you are just in a cart that is raise above the real 1-piece track.

I really feel like this is a miscommunication as if not it’s incredibly shitty. The Sega representative probably just asked the marketing team who just looked at the exact ad the customer was asking about and said “yeah it says it right there.” without understanding what new game+ is or why someone would ask if it was

I’m going to be honest I generally prefer digital to physical. not having to get up to switch discs is nice but the real bonus is that I can set my account to one xbox as my home xbox and login on another xbox which allows both myself and another person in the world somewhere to play the same copy of the game.

thats the thing I got out of it. I finally watched season 1 last month and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. only spot I really hated was the side plot with the girl trying to overthrow that dictator douche but even then it was better than I expected.

chevy bolt. literally nothing on it is goong tonneed replaced in the first 250000 miles aside from the windshield wipers and tires.

turnip boy was so good! cant wait to rob a bank!
