For off roading, he should get a Lada Niva. Nivas are awesome and because they’re still in production, the parts supply is a bit less shit. They’re also marignally more suited to highway speeds.
There was even a small-ish run of Nivas with Peugeot-sourced diesel engine!

Dang, I never know about these tests in time to go and see them. I used to have friends on this project (my dad actually worked on the original SLS booster back when it was hercules) but despite this I’ve never seen a live fire.
