I didn’t believe it at first either, but yep. And the one I found is far from the only one. A quick Autotrader search shows 84 Panameras for less than $30k. Even if you want a Panamera S with less than 100k miles, I see 7 to choose from nationwide.

Talking to my dad who worked for the D.O.D. on subs until the 90s. His response was he part of a project where they needed to do sampling of castings for material issues. He is sure this is what it was, had no idea someone was forging the data and that was why they were testing.
