Jalopnik hasn’t been objective in years. Some days every article I read is 90% snark/sass and 10% regurgitated specs from a press release.

Nissan’s second plant is actually in Canton, Mississippi.
Those are the factory wheels without the wheel covers. My guess is they think they are saving weight?
This has been one of my favorite videos for a long time.
Exactly.
Ugh. Please no.
I own a 1969 Cadillac hearse/ambulance combo and I also own a 2012 Camry. I still consider myself pretty Jalop.
Great. Now “one call, that’s all” is going to be stuck in my head.
This is my favorite Tom Lehrer song
Good choice! I loved Garbage as a kid but didn’t really get into any of the albums after Bleed Like Me.
I’m more of a reliability or go home kinda guy, so I’d go with the Odyssey. Plus my friends and family are adults (no kids) and can tell the difference between a stow and go seat and a seat where comfort was priority. The Pacifica is a looker though.
What’s a road wheel? And what is the opposite of it?
I believe there’s a difference between options and accessories. The Odyssey Elite has no options. It’s fully loaded. The tent and wheels and all that are merely accessories.
I know it’s a stretch...
It wouldn’t be an issue the software developer takes its time to test their code. Someone obviously shit the bed on this one though.
There’s no reason that the UConnect update should have been pushed with a critical error.
Can still see the panel gaps from here.
Generally people who modify hearses/ambulances remove the bier (the load floor in the back for the stretcher/coffin) and put in carpeting and seats. It’s a tragedy, considering their production numbers.
That makes my heart hurt ಠ_ಥ
Ugh. I hate that so many 1959 coaches have been hacked up to make ECTO-1 replicas.
