It’s the execution of that concept that faltered, not the concept itself. How Luke shows up as a deus ex machina to save the Mandalorian cast in S2, and then we take up 2 episodes of Fett’s show to cover his training. It feels bolted on, not an organic part of either show.

The pandemic changed a lot of that, and BoBF was shot during the height of covid restrictions. How many D+ series had to alter their 3rd act or even lost an episode because of filming restrictions? Off the top of my head - Wandavision, Loki, FaWS, What If?, and BoBF were definitely impacted, some even lost an episode

Andor has more DNA in common with the old EU books like the Zahn trilogy that really delved into the espionage and political machinations. That kind of storytelling is never going to appeal to a broad mainstream audience. One thing Star Wars fans need to get through their heads is that not every bit of Star Wars

Regardless of whether Rogue One underserved it’s characters, Andor is all about character development and story, so it’s worth checking out if that was your major complaint about the film.

There’s still another season of 12 episodes before we get to the “go watch Rogue One” moment. It will span the remaining 4 years of time via 3-episode arcs covering 1 year each.

Here’s a few -

No, and that’s a rather reductive take on it. See my comment above where Disney has been caught multiple times doing exactly what you’re describing. It’s still not ok.

AI art generators don’t clone art either, they just make it very easy to create something “in the style of” another artist. For many companies, that’s close enough.

Watch Breaking Bad. ;)

LinkedIn is a significant way, yes. You can go into your profile settings and say that you’re looking for opportunities. You can even tune it so it isn’t advertised on your profile but recruiters can see it - https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a507508/let-recruiters-know-you-re-open-to-work?lang=en

When did you last look for a job? The market has changed considerably in the past few months, especially. In tech, age is also a big factor - you get past your late 30s and the red light starts blinking on your hand. Getting into interview loops becomes more infrequent no matter how good your resume looks. I have over

You speak as if his antics have no downstream effects on the rest of us - he manipulates markets, he draws targets on people’s backs (remember the rescue diver he called a pedophile because he dared criticize him?), and he lies about supporting a free market of ideas” while restricting the speech of folks he doesn’t

NMS needs to add a Magrathea service for custom-built luxury planets. The sea on my home planet is exactly the wrong shade of pink. :P

HG is reworking how upgrades function, and admittedly they didn’t stick the landing in 4.0. The +3 in general inventory was a long standing exploit that they never closed, and they should have had a better solution in their pocket for the minmax veterans affected by the change.

The patches in the experimental branch are much more than that. And honestly, with the 4.0 difficulty settings I was able to get back to where I was with minimal effort - just set crafting and purchases to free temporarily. Yes, it was somewhat tedious to get my exosuit slots back, because you still have to visit

The incredibly granular difficulty options added in 4.0 give you much more control over how you want to play the game. In addition to collapsing inventories down to one screen each for exosuit, ship, exocraft, etc., you can turn on a setting to make all of the inventories accessible no matter how close you are to them

Small clarification: Meta is the company, not the product (nor is “metaverse”). Meta’s primary VR products are Horizons and Horizon Workrooms, neither of which are ready for primetime, as you point out.

For some delicious irony, the NMS community was nominated for “best game community” the same week 4.0 dropped and the minmax veteran players lost their collective shit. :D

There has been a creative mode since one of the earliest updates, which facilitated what you’re looking for. however, the new difficulty settings allow you to fine tune how the game plays in your “normal” saves -

Slight clarification: there always was a Creative Mode. Relaxed mode is a mid-point between Normal and Creative, and the new difficulty options allow you to tailor how you want to play the game to an incredible degree. For example, I always hated the electrical wiring update (for some reason I was fine with it in
