The Restored Content mod can actually be installed on iOS or Android (which was the way I played it), and it will be officially coming out for the Switch version in Q3, though incompatible with current save games. Because of that last point, they should have held the release. It’s absolutely pointless to purchase

They should have waited, sure, but Marketing plans stop for no one, and they were rushing to get it out for Celebration. They chose...unwisely.

It helps that collaboration pipelines had already been established for EA’s The Two Towers games, but it’s always a challenge to develop movie tie-in games because as you assume, you are working well ahead of the final cut of the film. You had to be gold master and heading off to manufacturing weeks (for CD-Roms) or mo

You need to start reading the social media clauses in your employment agreements. Especially if you live in an At Will Employment state in the US (ie most of them), employers can fire you for any reason. Chances are you signed something similar to this, which gives them all the justification they need if you post

One of the primary reasons why I left game development after 25 years. Fucking armchair game designers talking out their asses with no understanding of what is actually involved in game development, and villainizing devs in the trenches who have no agency in most of the decision-making at large studios.

It’s only been out for a month, no new characters have been added beyond the starting lineup. I doubt it will get as many characters as Future Fight, but the next character to be added will be Magik. No specific release date has been announced.

It’s called a “dark pattern” in user experience design, and as torchbearer2 pointed out, it’s very intentional. :\

If memory serves, Gregor mentions in Rebels that his brain damage was a result of his standoff with battle droids at the end of the Clone Wars episode “Missing in Action”

Force user was my initial guess as she seemed unusually empathetic. But much of what she said to Crosshair in the first episode could be explained by knowledge working with Lama Su. She does show an aptitude for quickly learning new skills, and her self-described “gift for strategy.” My working theory is that her

I was amused to read this response, because “did this person not realize that they could leave their toxic relationship rather than killing their partner(s)?” describes 90% of Dateline and 48 Hours episodes. :-D

(I’m actually replying to one of your trolls in the greys)

Ok, I’ll play along.

It was already a F2P game and had soft-launched in China. Torchlight 3 is the hastily retrofitted premium version of Torchlight Frontiers.

It began life as a troubled F2P game called Torchlight Frontiers, and was retrofitted to be premium in the 11th hour. That’s pretty much all you need to know.

The Seven Year Itch is beyond problematic. The “protagonist” of the film sends his wife and kid upstate for the summer (no air conditioning in NYC back then) and spends the entire film trying to get into Marilyn’s knickers, only to begrudgingly choose loyalty because he’s having paranoid delusions that his wife may be

That screencap is giving me serious Invasion of the Body Snatchers vibes. Intentional?

I will be forever grateful to Dan Savage and his fans for creating that definition.

Love your reply. Years ago I had knockdown argument with the lead designer on a GBA game who insisted on swapping the standard jump and attack button assignments (A for attack, B for jump) because in his mind, the action the player performed the most (in this case jump) should be on the primary button.

The potato stuff is definitely back. With the app and/or self-serve kiosks you can also customize the hell out of anything to approximate those discontinued items that weren’t specifically brought back. Well, except for Mexican Pizzas (sob).
