I love that Republic Commando is having a renaissance, 16 years after its initial release. However, it’s worth mentioning that the team’s reward for shipping was to be laid off just as the game hit shelves in Feb 2005 (I had friends at LucasArts back then), which also helped kill any momentum on a sequel. It is absolutely your prerogative to maintain a stance of “include everything or GTFO,” but to me it appears your expectations of this remaster are completely out of line with reality.

(Attempt 2) Yup, Nintendo has its own streaming tech, most recently used for Control and Hitman 3. They did some earlier test releases in Japan with Resident Evil 7 and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. But I agree, it could absolutely be bolstered by leveraging the Stadia tech instead.

Slight correction: what you saw on that show was the Disneyland version simply called “Submarine Voyage” and the ride vehicles were regular submarines, not recreations of the Nautilus from the film. If I recall the actual content of the rides was nearly identical.
