I watched Dunkirk in IMAX last night and it was excellent. I love the way Nolan uses nonlinear storytelling to ratchet the tension up to 11 the entire run time. I couldn’t catch my breath until the credits rolled.

I have movies like that too. Ones that people will gush over but elicit nothing more than a shoulder shrug from me. But yeah, Midnight Run is one of my all-time favorites. I’ve seen it at least 100 times.
