Sometimes I am required to answer the phone for unknown numbers (for work). I have taken to just answering and not making a sound. If there is a real person on the line, after a few seconds they will say something and I can respond to that, appropriately. If it is a computer dial, it will just be silent for 20 seconds

The cyclists were part of a large group of athletes training for an upcoming Ironman Texas competition. They were already 75 miles or so into their training ride that morning...

What they meant to say is my client is white and rich so lol to anything happening to him.

As another native Texan, it’s not so much who I voted for as it is who I voted against. I, as a Texan, voted against Trump, Cruz, and Abbot.

Like that kid in Texas that killed people with his dad’s truck, or that rapist at Stanford that was a swimmer. This screams of “affluenza”

Oh, no question that that’s exactly what is happening here.

Black kids in the city can go to prison for whatever because their overworked public defender isn’t out here arguing they have college aspirations because we’ve created a system that kneecaps their ability to get a good public education. Meanwhile every

My client is a young man in high school with college aspirations.

Am I the only one who thinks Michael Gandolfini looks a lot like a young John Cusack?

A year ago, a log truck driver, racing to pick a load to carry to the mill, pulled around a line of cars stopped in the road without slowing down; they were waiting for the lead car to make a left turn. He passed right around them and slammed head-on into the car into the oncoming lane. My cousin was driving the car.

Depends on of he was pleading with the driver to stop or giggling with delight

The truck driver got the ass-whooping he deserved.  I don’t blame the taxi drivers one bit.

I feel for the folks who are in locked down areas or in living situations where theatergoing isn’t a safe activity. But my main sympathy here lies with the theater employees who aren’t on the chopping block now. The understandably cynical read is that our corporate overlords profit either way, but I’m just glad a

I get all sorts of bad vibes from this dude, and having a kid with him may be the first in a line of questionable decisions from Brit…and that in no way contradicts the notion that ending her conservatorship was the right idea.

With a title like that I expected some tips on how to identify more rugged construction across lines, like looking at how the draws are built and stuff. Silly me!

Frat boys who scream at TV cameras at football games are generally shit human beings, but sometimes they are funny, shit human beings who make fun of rich idiots.

You can think this dude is funny, talented and trying his best. But he is also a douche bag. This dude is pulling a “Phoenix rising from the ashes” story line after dumping his wife and immediately knocking up the next thing that blinked at him. The same ex wife he praised for supporting him through his prior issues

Quick question: how many of you know someone who is anti-vax/ Covid is an overblown bunch of nonsense and also died from Covid? I do, and I suspect my list is going to continue growing. I have a lot of complex thoughts on the subject, but for brevity's sake, I'll just share this: I am okay with that dude dying. He had

Live in ATL and have heard from friends at the CDC that September is looking realllllly good for kids’ vaxxes. Hoping that’s legit intel, because I need my youngest vaccinated!

Can we get a first dose for kids under 12?
