Ghost is not dead. This isn’t a Wes Anderson movie, or even John Wick.

No, I very much like them together as a couple, and I’m totally pulling for them. I don’t know how badly we need to see Arya and Gendry consummate their feelings, though.

Yeah, but to go straight to sex, as a plot device, is so boring.

I fucking knew someone would make this joke, and it is my fault for not clarifying.

I’m very torn on Arya’s sex scene. On one hand, Maisie Williams’s chemistry with Joe Dempsie feels mostly earned, and they’re good on paper. On the other, almost no one was asking for it. I guess I appreciate that Williams gets to show that level of vulnerability, but I almost wish she had had another scene with Jon

Okay, but this episode is a classic for Brienne’s knighting alone. If you didn’t at least get choked up, there is no hope for you. You’ve been lost to the Night King.

I was watching a late night show last night, and Elle Fanning was on. I asked my friend, as a joke, “Oh, is this for Elle Fanning’s deodorant movie?” She just gave a blank, irritated stare.

If the show had any balls, Varys would sit on the Iron Throne.

Now I know that IX will be shit, because they left Maya Rudolph Plays a Droid as a title right on the table like a bunch of dummies.

Ehhh... I like Pete Buttigieg, and I love Spoon. But Spoon is low-hanging fruit. Call me when he’s stanning for Cap’n Jazz or Love and Rockets.

That “take a knee” scene is among the weakest writing in the show’s history. It is characters behaving stupidly for no purpose other than to generate friction. In a season that hoped to accelerate its pacing, this is a slow, clumsy beat that really signified how rushed the whole season was going to play out. Not to

WRONG. This could’ve been a really cool retread of The Butler, but NOOOOOOO. You had to go all Philadelphia Flyers AND GRITTY-FY IT.

Yeah. This meme blew up Reddit last week. It got to the point where everyone making memes was essentially Ant-Man to the Thanos that is various meme threads--which, frankly, are a cesspool that deserves it, but still.

The culture war montages in Do the Right Thing and The 25th Hour.

I’m sorry, but have I been watching Wizard of Oz wrong?

*more of a stone-cold stud

Obviously the Milk Bar in West Clock Town from Majora’s Mask. Where I get to be a one-man band.

Oh, please, everyone watch the video. It’s 9 thrilling minutes capped off by the leftest of all left turns.
