No, it’s ok! You see, the employees his company just laid off got $200 to Battle.net!

It’s also so gross when people buy into the idea that there’s no oppression against Asian-Americans. Asian people may not have the same historic oppression that Black people have, but this country has still harmed, killed, enslaved, and traumatized them since at least the 1800s. People need to learn their history.
Okay, since you seem determined to misrepresent what happened, let’s look a little closer.
Agatha literally killed her entire coven and family in a power grab, then tried to manipulate Wanda so she could absorb her powers. She kills (or attempts to kill) anyone who opposes her.
It’s always subtitles. Sometimes they can give a slight edge (like how the closed captions in Left 4 Dead would warn you about hunter/tank sounds before you could hear them in-game), but most of the time they just make everything easier to understand. Between weird audio mixing, occasional accents, my ADHD making me…
Back at the beginning of the pandemic, when Costco first started requiring face masks, I decided to brave it on a Tuesday afternoon so I could get supplies without risking crowds. Most people had on masks. One man, however, had on an entire-ass panda mascot head.
I didn’t realize he’d appeared anywhere else! That’s awesome!
Oh, absolutely! She’s a lot easier to explain than he is in that aspect, haha. I’m guessing they might just have her in Dr. Strange 2 because it deals with the multiverse at all and they’re trying to set up Young Avengers. (I hope. Dear god. Pls.)

Eh, I mean, like someone else said, he wasn’t revealed to be a shapeshifting Kree/Skrull hybrid for a while. Plus, the first run of Young Avengers had the team specifically use codenames and powers that evoked the original Avengers even if they weren’t accurate to the teen heroes themselves. I think the only one that…
I think it’s because of the multiverse aspect. Since one of America’s major powers is dimension-hopping, it doesn’t surprise me they cast her. We’ll see if she stays in, though...
I had no clue Tommy and Prodigy were in the new X-Factor run! I’ll have to start getting its TBPs or something.
I mean, Wanda didn’t decide to do anything. The show makes it pretty clear that Wanda had no clue what was going on, that her grief not only caused her powers to go haywire, but also shielded her from even recognizing what was happening. She only has a few moments of lucidity before Agatha comes in, and even in those…
I read that scene as Monica reminding Wanda that it’s ok to grieve and that she still has the capacity for good. Obviously, since it was done in the final episode, it’s a little hard to illustrate what the repercussions on Wanda and the rest of the world are, but it seemed more like a moment specifically for Wanda as…
I’m incredibly uncomfortable with framing Wanda as a full-on abuser when it’s made incredibly clear that this was an isolated incident that was an instinctive response to trauma. That isn’t to excuse Wanda’s actions, not by any means, but abusers are labeled as such because there’s a pattern to their abusive behavior.
She’s done a few songs for Evangelion :)
I see it less as his stupidity and more his refusal to actually work—Ryuji ain’t exactly smart, but he actively refuses to study or put in any real effort toward schoolwork. I think that’s why Makoto is harsh on him, considering she’s always been very future-oriented and she believes he could do better if he’d apply…
“We are sorry, but we despise the police” had me full-on chortling. Haru’s always been amusing like that (I distinctly recall getting a line from her in Royal that was to the effect of “I LOVE explosions!”), but it’s great seeing it here.
I’m only in the second dungeon of P5S, but I’m personally enjoying it immensely. I don’t dislike musous (I had a lot of fun with the original Hyrule Warriors), but I don’t tend to gravitate toward them... except this one almost doesn’t even feel like a musou to me, just a Persona 5 action-RPG. It’s so weird seeing…
