Philly area here - this week has been upper sixties, with today at about 75 degrees. As someone who doesn’t do well with the gloom of winter, I can’t complain too much - but it’s bizarre.

Spent two weeks there - rented a car and drove the Ring Road. I don’t know who’s telling you it’s cheap, because it definitely isn’t. Especially food - a lot has to be imported because they can’t grow much there.
