“Locker room talk” always makes me shake my head. I spent a significant portion of my childhood/adolescence in sports lockers rooms. You know what “locker room talk” was? Fart jokes, dick jokes, and inside jokes. I never remember it being “WHITES ARE THE SUPERIOR RACE” and “I’M GONNA KILL EVERYONE.”

I’ve told this story before on here, but it’s worth repeating. One of my mother’s friends had an abusive and unstable boyfriend, and he ended up in a psych ward for a few months. When he got out, his dad picked him up and drove him home. On the way, he said he was gonna kill his brother and his ex-gf. The dad didn’t

Just throw the Nazi off the aircraft and tell people “NO TICKET”.

The moment he turned around and said “I’ve got you ma’am” to the flight attendant melted my heart. But the rest of it was absolutely horrible. One of the saddest things about the last four years is how the ahole in chief taught Americans to openly hate each other and removed the shame that previously stopped most idiot

I like your idea. I was going to suggest that other than a ban from the airline that the incident occured on, they have a lifetime 50% surcharge on any and all future flight tickets - an asshole tax, if you will. But, yeah, your idea is better.

The guy that intervened was having exactly none of Karen’s bullshit and good for him.

I fully support throwing the book at these fuckers, flying is unpleasant enough without these stupid assholes lashing out at the people who’s job it is to keep you safe and comfortable while you’re stuffed in a metal tube with a bunch

“Boys being boys!” and “locker room talk!” and “letting off steam!” and “just economic anxiety!” and “heat of the moment!” and

White men will boast and brag about killing people for decades with physical and tangible evidence and relatives, employers, and state and Federal law enforcement with dismiss and laugh it off like it’s a joke.

Y’all, StingChameleon sees all kind of reasonableness in the actions of this white woman, don’t cha see?

Yet they keep insisting that they are “lawful gun owners” up until the moment they’re not.

Former Marine here. Know what drawing a weapon on someone means?

I'm a runner. If I'm running through a crosswalk and a car cuts me off in the crosswalk, I'm definitely slapping the car (I'm kind of a dick like that. Also, give runners and pedestrians a break). By these standards, I should have a gun pulled on me roughly a dozen times a year. These people aren't willing to state

If she hadn’t been carrying a gun, she wouldn’t have reached for a gun to solve a dispute. Guns don’t make anything better, they make people’s bad moments worse.

I’m going to post this here, as it’s something you’ve somewhat addressed. Fam already knows I don’t fawks with the grays.

I guess if you ignore the blood, the semen, the bruises, the fact that he lied to the police about it, and the fact that HE APOLOGIZED, then I suppose you could believe that...

It’s probably childish and naive of me, but I’ve never been a fan of athletes who act like it’s not enough to beat an opponent, you have to humiliate them too. Koke struck me as that kind of player. The fact that Shaq didn’t like him doesn’t help, since he just seems like a big happy guy. I know it’s not the lede in

In what the fuck way did Sonmez make a mistake? Ifl Michael Harriot, but don't act like Kobe didn't rape someone.

Very kind but … I just received three death threats from this lovely jerk

“Ok Boomer” doesn’t say that all boomers are bad. You lack the same nuance you’re accusing others of lacking. That meme is about annoying things boomers do while not being self aware of the realities faced by millennials and gen Z. Some people will use the meme more generally, but that is the message behind it.

I don’t know, but their reading skills are shit, too. The main problem (which, if you’ve read the story is at best suspicious) is that while they claimed her hair was no good for pictures, they didn’t send her home, which was presumably the appropriate response for hair that goes against dress code.
