I know a girl who uses those terms. She always describes herself as an alpha and how she can't get along with other alphas and how alphas don't like it when other alphas are in their territory and I'm just sitting there like, are you human beings or fucking tigers? What is all this nonsense?

99% sure that letter wasn't actually written by a woman.

He is so beta, he won't make any decisions or plans or take responsibility for anything. I find myself longing for an alpha man.

Really? I think feminism's biggest mistake was when it opened up the portal to the vampire dimension.

I can tell you're a white guy from this comment, bruh.

Yeah, fuck Zora Neale Hurston and Shakespeare!

men who would like to talk about that one time someone was mean to them on the internet, you can bring it right here. no need to clutter up the comment section.

Interesting, I don't care about Draco's backstory too much. I mean, I think I pretty much get the cut of his jib and why he is the way he is. She isn't necessarily doing it for the money. I agree on the Grinch though. Though they could've made a good version but they didn't so it sucked.

umbridge was so evil because it was BELIEVABLE. voldemort is so bad as to be inhuman. he's a monster, something in fiction. umbridge? there are umbridges in the world, people so selfish and nasty, manipulative, cruel who enjoy pain. she was realistic. there are people like her. it's sickening.

She's a great character though- I don't think most (real) people who are evil actually believe they're doing evil. I would love to know what good Umbridge thinks she's moving towards and how she got that way.

It is Texas. She should have just said that her baby was fracking for milk.

I would not have given you shit for saying that, but now I'm going to give you shit for assuming I was going to give you shit.

And then there's the Barbie/Breaking Bad crossover, where Barbie says "Meth is hard." You know, 'cause of the chemistry and whatnot.

This is the first time I have ever been genuinely curious as to who the d-bag was. Any guesses?

Strickland: I can't understand you!!

I know whenever I get pregnant accidentally, I head to the Alamo to think things through.

Ok, Ms. Kitchens. Quick jezzie poll. How many of you have been roofied? I know I have! Glad to know that it just doesn't really happen, tho.

ALMOST 20 YEARS AGO. And it is slut-shaming, especially when she's the one who paid the highest price for the "married president of the United States" actions. He was married, a public figure, and had already been in trouble for extramarital affairs. Yet, all the blame landed on her as if she's some conniving

If you're a 22-year-old intern working at the White House and you embark on an affair with your married President, then most people would probably say the shame-ometer probably starts right there and then.

Just about everything you need to know about American cultural views on sex, gender, and power is exemplified by the Lewinsky Clinton scandal. Slut shaming. Victim blaming. Our never ending ability to forgive a powerful man who sometimes does things we admire for truly heinous behavior.
