i think the biggest reason Scream works so well is because its not only a slasher, but also a murder mystery. there’s normally just a killer who hunts our main characters, this time part of the fun was trying to figure out which of our main characters was actually the killer(s)

I like this lives update, picking up the coins where you died reminds me of a less extreme version of what Shovel Knight does
