Easily the worst game in the series, hands down. Totally homogenized.

I also loved that BLAME! cameo they did were Tanikaze and crew were watching Killy fight some silicon creature. I really hope Sidonia does well enough that they consider an adaptation of BLAME! Such an incredible manga but it only ever got some brief lackluster OVAs.
“Assassin’s Creed Syndicate adds a Batman-style rope-launcher and GTA-style vehicle-jacking.”
Kind of looks sandboxy like Noby Noby rather than level based/story based.
Ew. Ew. All this shit revolving around the car is a serious deal breaker for me. Can you at least get out of the damn thing run around and smash bad guys with your fists/gadgets during these sections or is it strictly driving/blowing stuff up?
Yeah that’s actually what I meant though my phrasing was poor
Dead game is dead. Cool concept ruined by typical corporate greed :P
The funny thing is you can totally achieve similar graphics to fallout 4 with the help of some mods.
It’s absolutely possible for a massive company to make cuts to things like mini games and scenes that don’t directly serve to advance the plot.
Agree 100% Cool movie in it’s own right, but they should follow the source material for the remake.
You’re assuming they’ll include ANY of this. I agree, FF7 originally was so full of charm and humor, it didn’t take itself that seriously. Ever since Advent Children, that’s changed. I’m worried we’ll see a grimdark FF7 and all the magic of the original will be lost. I see the comment below about Nomura sort of…
Can’t stand all the cringey subtitles.
Yeah I feel like a similar thing could have happened. Or, Kishimoto himself just decided it was worth drawing out the story since it was so immensely successful.
There still are options like that, besides Nintendo. I find lots of great local co-op/party game gems on Steam. It’s definitely becoming more of a rarity though, can’t deny that.
The same thing happened with Naruto. It could have ended quite a bit earlier on and still maintained a lot of what made it great. There were some powerful themes in the show and the fight choreography in some earlier arcs was outstanding. I feel like Shippuden is where things started taking a massive dive just like…
I’m with you. Cool, but everything it did was almost “expected.” Except the giant golden nazi falcon T-rex slap fight, that was, well, gold.
Thanks dude, I never did beat it :D
For sure, why they’re not social may be based on a myriad of factors, but internal, and external.
Love how the editor allows people to turn regular in game moments into intense cinematic experiences
