Denver doesn’t suck. They’ve taken a step back from great to good on defense. On offense they lack an identity (owing a lot to no clear long term idead at qb), but are not moribund to watch.
Yeah, it’s hard to square in my mind that I really like Ware, ‘cause fuck the Cowboys. I just try to picture him in orange.
Manny thinks he’s getting eel and crab, when all he winds up with is vinegary rice. “What? You said unlimited sushi, it’s not our fault you thought that meant fish.”
Reading all the replies to this article it seems like there exists a major divide between the kind of job that will be handled by a hiring manager and the kind of job where you will be interviewed by your likely boss. It also seems like there exists a divide between an office work setting and other settings.
Came here to say this. The best way to catch typos, spelling errors, and poor grammar is to have someone else look at the piece. If that is not feasible, reading fully (no skimming) out loud is the best way to catch one’s mistakes.
I’ve never heard of the one page resume rule. It would seem counterproductive to leave off anything that might help you get a job. Heck, one of the bullet points in the ‘other noteworthy skills’ section of my resume I put down “good at typing up official looking resumes”. I’ve made more than one person laugh with that…
Glissading is serious good fun. Never saw a dog take to it like that, though.
Why don’t blind people go sky diving?
Hey Jason!
Memory fails you. It was against the Pittsburgh Steelers who could not play starting safety Ryan Clark due to the altitude in Denver clashing with his sicklemia.
“’My point, you so graciously pointed out is “(barring health insurance)“. There is no reason he had to be stuck with a $1500 bill at all.’”
I’m not sure why you are insisting the existence of poor people is proof that 1500$ is not a crippling amount of debt. Weird argument. Point is, a person can be hit by a car tomorrow. Nothing they could have done to prevent it. Hospital bill is going to be atleast 1500$ (barring health insurance). If that person had…
1500 dollars straight out of pocket is a problem. 1500 dollars that you owe and can pay off over time is shit that happens in life that sucks. Being prepared pays for itself about four times over in the course of a lifetime. Especially for the unprepared, managing debt in today’s world is more important than being…
No adult should have to ask for charity to cover 1500 bucks that can be paid off on a monthly basis. 50 bucks a month and that shit is paid for in two and a half years. Hospitals don’t charge interest.
My thoughts exactly. Recreational skiing is expensive with both single time outlays for gear and ongoing expenses. How can he afford to ski, but can not afford to set up a payment plan for 1500 dollars? 50 bucks a month and that shit is paid off in two and half years. Hospitals don’t charge interest.
Well, it depends. It’s the manner in which you feed them/respond to them that promotes begging. If you put any leftovers or treats in their bowl like their normal food ration they will be much less likely to beg for food.
Pretty much anything scarfed off the floor is going to be in such small quantities that the absolute worst that would happen would be killer flatulence and a tummy ache.
A corpse is still preferable to having you pull up a chair.
A lot of restaurants in Japan you have a small griddle right at your table or every seat has a hot plate. You grab the ingredients you like cook it yourself.
