Some of this is to be expected.. as you can’t come out the gate with a vehicle that is priced out of reach.. (not many are willing to dump 120K on an unproven vehicle, especially a truck)... But as production ramps up, the name becomes established, and positive reports keep coming in, they can actually raise prices

“Are there seriously so many stupid people PAYING for pirated tv shows”

This is almost the exact conversation my wife & I had last night about the ‘gigacasting’ thing. We are a blast at parties, I can assure you.

And even if they do it, I wouldn’t want to pay ten of thousands of dollars to beta test their new production methods. One of the reasons Tesla can develop so fast is because it seems like they do little to no substantive testing before sending things into production and leave it to the Musk devotees to figure out the

Steel bodied cars crack too.

As with most Elon Musk sourced/derived/related news, I assume this won’t happen until it’s happening.

Quelle surprise,  a body designed in MS Paint has structural weaknesses.  The Cybertruck is the gift that keeps on giving as suspension  geometry screw ups and the difficulty of precisely cutting and joining large panels keep the fail articles flowing

Aside from your hardcore combustion engineers, the design skillset is extremely similar. You’ve got bearings, heat management, stiffness, NVH. It’s really not that different.

Did unemployment and divorce send him to Trump, or did Trump send him to unemployment and divorce?

RIP, ICE powertrain engineers.

And it's about god damned time. I mean it's not like GM ever had a problem with shoddy engineering or anything. The products are always top notch

I will type it but really want it to be taken as a joke:

Exactly !!! Confiscate and crush their trucks!!!

Not only that, but now they have the records of these modified vehicles and they should be targeting these people as well. Of course there’s going to be some legit people out there, but nevertheless, those “ bro’s” who had the bright idea that it was ok to do this, need to be punished as well. Maybe taking pictures of

I’m mostly offended that the logo dog has its ears cropped. Cropping a dog’s ears is cruel, and pits have such nice floppy ears. If I cropped my pit’s ears I wouldn’t be able to flip them from side to side as I ask her who’s a good girl.

Good fuck them, also fuck any company that uses a Pit Bull as part of their logo. I don’t have an issue with them as a breed as many do, but it seems like just about any company that uses them as part of their logo or marketing end up being shit bags.

The fine should be $20K+ per modified vehicle instead of a flat fine and the proceeds should go to a legitimate fund that benefits the environment.  That would help to make things right.

Texas is Hell.

People are either ostriching or hunkering down.

Everyday it seems more and more like climate change is acclerating, and nobody cares.
