Daylight saving time should just be abolished completely. The entire country should switch to STANDARD time. It’s called standard for a reason. If everyone gets pissed about not having enough sunlight left over after work, then maybe work schedules should just change instead.

Except that this ad wasn’t for any candidate running for office. This was Trump doing a commercial. This is easy to win against in a lawsuit. Great google search, but you’re clearly not a lawyer familiar with this application of law. NBC did have a choice in the matter. They chose to be complicit in racism. 

NBC either needs to turn down every advertisement for every candidate running for POTUS or they have to run that ad.

The ad wasn’t for Trump running for president. He’s not a candidate for anything this year. So what you cited does not apply.
