A new promotion between the film and The Big Bang Theory to win a trip to the movie’s premiere may have revealed that Green Lantern will actually appear in some capacity in the movie.

The story of how the Federation found its moral center is supposed to be rooted in the post-war 21st century and the era immediately following First Contact... a moral center that we found with a great deal of help from the Vulcans.

Or just forced garbage. I kinda like the Alphra character, but they went off the deep end with her. Also, Black Karristan, or whatever his name is was annoying too.

Omg this so bad. And the droids. Omg.

I think what they need to do is another movie set in the prime universe but is Deep Space Nine. Or a Netflix series about Deep Space Nine.

I think it’s best to watch STD assuming it’s set in the Kelvin-verse. Specifically, it happens 10 years before Kelvin-Kirk meets his Enterprise crew in the first JJ Abrams movie.

Frankly, a lot about STD makes sense then: the technology, the costumes, the way the Klingons look, the shadiness of Starfleet, maybe even

The name of the movie should be “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice...”

Couldn’t it just be a movie of Ash killing them and them coming back in some dumb way?

They really seem to be burying the fact that it is an x-men movie hard.

It’s definitely not a comedy first and foremost. The all drama version of the show would literally only need to cut about five minutes per episode. The all-comedy version would need to be re-written and refilmed from the ground up. The plots are straight drama; the comedy bits are all added on.

The Orville is a comedy first and foremost

This show pretty much demonstrates to me why regular people like myself should ignore anything written by a person who describes themselves as a professional critic.

Same here. The actual events of the films basically all fit together, so worrying about the dates and times is something I really can’t be bothered with.

What am I missing?

Along the same lines, I’ve been wondering how they eat and breath. And other science facts.

Yes. Feels more like Star Trek (with some comedy added) than Discovery does.

I love it...ymmv.

Overly political comics is the reason why 75% of Marvel is selling indie numbers & nothing but Batman sells over 100k anymore. I know it’s why I’m down to 7 marvel titles after being a 25-or-more-title reader for the better part of the past 25 years.

Rumor has it he’s too old for this shit.
