I feel a burning apathy, hot as a thousand buns.

I don’t hate them as much as that stupid basketball thing... Yet.

the final chapter of the Star Wars saga will feature “the war to end all wars,”

Nah. Pre-cooked ground beef has already given up whatever renderable fat is has. Not only is that fat useful for keeping your dishes from being dry, it also has a tremendous amount of flavor. You’re tossing that down the drain for the sake of not having to think of defrosting, which a) is not hard to remember and b)

I just divide it up into Ziploc bags, flattened out as much as possible. Flat meat thaws very quickly, or can be thrown straight into the skillet on medium low. As it thaws out, turn the heat back up to medium.

I think they meant their modes of dress and their jewelry. It’s not Code of Honor bad, but I can see their point.

Also, this is Alex Kurtzman, a moron who failed with so many movies that he never understood anything and yet they keep hiring him.

The Klingons in this show can’t emote. They look awful. I could have accepted that this was a small group that was separated from the honor bound empire and became religious zealots as a result. Lucasfilm has deemed all of their new material to be canon. So even though it wasn’t directly stated as Mustafar in the film, the designer says it is Mustafar. It’s in the Visual Guide to Rogue One.

I doubt there is a rule against it. You mention Rogue One... there was a long scene set at Darth Vader’s house, on Mustafar. Who has the high ground now?

There’s really no reason for Solo to ever go to Alderaan.

Set in Atlanta? Jill Scott? Damn. Black Lightning is getting blacker by the day, clearly trying to match all the cultural totems that Luke Cage did and I ain’t mad at it.

I think any dialogue no matter the color can be a start about police brutality. To be honest I think we need to stop turning it into a black and white thing. You need to strike the root of police brutality and it is their sense of empowerment, the blue wall, no consequences and power trip.
