Michelle Williams is astonishing. She evokes Verdon beautifully without mimicking her. A lesser actor might have put more quaver in the voice; I’m so glad Williams chose a more subtle approach.

She’s good, but I’ve got to say her performance really made me appreciate Minelli’s, as the rendition of “Willkommen” made me cherish Joel Grey’s.

I f you’re referring to Christina’s being impaled by an icicle, she doesn’t die; it’s her “meet cute” with Owen.

Identifying a severed head is like eating blindfolded.

The word “mean” above s/b “meant.” Flawed humanity strikes again!

I thought she was a plant when she was introduced last season. Guess I’m the suspicious type.

I’ve added it to the list

Good point!

Thanks for the heads-up about post-credit scene. When I realized they didn’t provide any new information, I started skipping the credits even during the final bits before they roll on a black screen, so I’d missed it.

There’s no way two plus decades separate the past from the present. Present-day Sissy Spacek and Marianne Jean-Baptiste would be old crones if that were the case, and Walter would be in his forties, which he clearly is not.

Thanks for these recommendations.

Eros and Thanatos. Classic.

We should all just do nothing.

Of course. That makes sense.

How did Eugene manage to cover the hatch of his hidey-hole with hay?

Seems like that would compromise the concealing zombie smell.

The Jesus Lizard next.

I never understand what those in favor of apocalypse think they’re going to get out of it.

See, that one didn’t trouble me so much, because she didn’t yet exist at that point.

Hey, that works! Thanks. I was bothered by this (time travel paradoxes drive me nuts).
