Give Sony, Microsoft or a publisher a call tomorrow. You can get their numbers from ther site. Also get in touch with a Steam rep.
Until then I've won.
Number of calls "Flying_Gazelle" has made to Sony or Microsoft today; none.
Yeah same here.
I've never finished a round of Space Invaders, I think it's because it's shit.
Nope, if you look up I said there was a pricing structure in place that has carried on. It was set in stone, it's now not but take an indie game to a publisher or distribution platform and you'll talk about 3 figures, 3 words "small, medium, large scale".
There is no longer a set price range, but there was and its force is still felt today, hence the price structure.
*sigh* I have literally zero clue why you're being odd like this against someone in the industry.
There are always exceptions, like one can even call Valve games indie.
It is.
Source: I've been there.
Hi I make things for a living too.
£3.99= small indie game
Urgh, theres always one...
I'd love to know why they didn't do that.
Not at all, unless they just had out PhD's to anyone these days.
Urgh theres always one...
Competition gives away newer games. That's the problem. You pay more for Xbox live; you get less.
You send it in, it gets decided on by what I believe is a small team. It either gets in there and then or you have to go through Greenlight.
As Jason said, they're charging full indie price for an unfinished game. Bad BAD show.
