I agree, but so far I've found her pathos this season (being overwhelmed with having control, etc.) more interesting than the baby drama of previous seasons. She's less annoying to me now than she was in S1.

Didn't that turn Caputo on? Ugh.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I thought this was a pretty bad season, miles below the previous two.
Both of these episodes were very boring, and it's horseshit that after eight sluggish episodes dragging out the election, a dumb recording of Conway getting angry killed all the dramatic stakes.
Humps was in it too, as the weather man! It was odd seeing both Humps and Bell considering Gretchen went to Litchfield in S3E5, establishing that the two shows are in the same universe (though not actually).
Great comment, I totally agree.
I might be mistaken, but I think the first few seasons were actually on Saturdays, then the last season moved it to Thursdays. And now it's back to Saturdays.
Yeah, this trope annoys the hell out of me in shows in general, and it was especially egregious / pointless here. I love your ice cream analogy.
Very much anticipating watching this. Loved Krisha.
I guess E4 was entertaining, but I still get so angry at this dumb show. That Frank Underwood monologue to the camera at the start of E5 was so shameless and cringe-inducing, especially that line about politics being hell and, of course, "Meet your new daddy."
Yeah, Titus is the star of this season, which I personally don't love, since I'm not really a fan of Titus :/
All three of them have been pretty insensitive about Kimmy's time in the bunker. I'd say Lillian is generally the best friend, but even she said that "She's always talking about it, it's not as interesting as she thinks it is" line a few episodes ago, if I'm not mistaken.
I almost thought there was going to be a meta-joke where they made us think it was someone else standing in but then she turned at the end of the scene to reveal it was really Lea Michele. But nope.
I thought the same about Titus. I've gotten pretty annoyed with him at points this season (although I generally seem to not like him as much as most viewers), and I would've liked Kimmy to be even harsher with him, and for him to give her a real apology.
My guess is that Kayla had time, since she finished the Master of None reviews? She was alternating MoN with UKS, so maybe now she's onto a more frequent UKS schedule. Just a guess, though.
Yeah, I'm not sure I really believe it, but there are a couple scenes that suggest that interpretation - like Arnold explicitly telling Dev she's just a fantasy to him, or whatever. There's a sense that Dev misses having a connection with someone, and so he's kind of latched onto Francesca (that's what the point of…
Oops!
Really liked this article about where the show went wrong with Francesca: https://www.thecut.com/2017…
New alt-J is this Friday, not the following Friday, isn't it? HAIM should be on here too.
Yeah, her comment about how Marjorie clearly "doesn't have good taste" was just flat. It seems at this point that she just straight-up hates her daughter, which isn't as funny/real as the place of neglect in earlier seasons.
