Watched the first two episodes of this season and really liked them. It seems like they've slightly toned down Gus's awfulness while still acknowledging that he and Mickey are bad for each other, which I think is for the best.

It's actually the second half of Season 1.

Well, I liked Jesse hugging HR (and most of HR's lines in general). Iris had some decent lines about how she didn't want Barry to think of her as someone to save.

Two interesting bits of Norman/Norma psychology:
- It's an interesting catch-22 that Norma has to get Norman to kill Caleb, maybe partly because Norma loves him too much to kill him, and yet Norman can't kill Caleb, because Norma(n) is usually the one who commits all the murders. It's kind of like Caleb is the one

I love the way Adam shouted "This jacket is itchy as FUCK!" as he stormed off the set.

Couldn't tell if the final scenes were laying the groundwork for a future Jane-Rafael romantic reunion or if they were supposed to show that they had really and truly moved on. Like Oliver, I liked those scenes, but they have me worried for what's to come. I feel like every post-time jump episode, I've been nervously

This one started a little slow for me, but the second half was really great. Based on the last few scenes (and the previews for next week), Chick knowing the truth is going to be surprisingly fun.

Ranked best to worst:
Moonlight
Arrival
Manchester by the Sea
Hell or High Water
La La Land

I basically binge-watched the entirety of this show for the first time this past month, and I ended up really enjoying it.

Yeah, that's why I put "like" in quotes. Most of them are insufferable, but for me I haven't enjoyed watching Desi. I'd rather watch the central four girls + Adam, Elijah, and Ray than Desi.

Yeah, I'm not exactly surprised, I was just initially disappointed that we were still spending time on Desi when we should be spending the last season of the show with the characters we "like." Looks like it's done for good, though.

Still don't really understand why we had to revisit Marnie-Desi when it had the perfect ending last season, but this episode certainly made the best of it comedically. That horror movie-esque scene with him flying off the deep end made me laugh harder and harder as it kept going.

Two big laughs for me were 1. when Dennis casually revealed he knew it was Dee on the phone, and 2. the line about the "AIDS Dallas Buyers Club Matthew McConaughey."

That expression Max Greenfield makes when his ears move back in shock is great, here featured when Cece said "what if I told you that I had the star of David…"

I wish the tone was just slightly less light, at least in the first 20 minutes of the episode, because it does feel a little weird to be laughing at wacky Rogelio hijinks and everything so soon after Michael's death. That said, the reveal that Jane's book was about her romance with Michael was really well-done (though

Not a fan of Marnie and Desi still hooking up, both for creating unnecessary drama with Ray and because I loved their breakup at the end of "The Panic in Central Park."

Loved this movie, but parts of this teaser look very close to the plot of the original movie from what I remember. Hope it's not exactly the same in every way.

I want to die.

Just gonna chill here until the Jane the Virgin review is up, I guess.

When I read this in 9th grade it was one of my favorite books (haven't reread since then, so I don't really know if it was actually good). I kind of hate this trailer, though.
