these are almost worse ... as these were beautiful old developments right at the edge of what was downtown (they’ve now been encircled) so they closed off streets with barriers, gates, bricked over entrances ... they’ve walled the whole enclave to keep out the urban life ... they boast & brag about their downtown…

Putting all symbolism aside and looking at this flag as just an aesthetic object...dear god, it’s just so fucking ugly. The Hospitality Flag, on the other hand, is really rather lovely: all the design elements are clean and balanced, producing something distinctive and memorable.

Yes. Sent a public tweet, on their public twitter account, tagging the “offending” restaurant in the tweet, apparently hoping to garner sympathy and also shame the restaurant. Kind of seems like the backlash is their own fault for misjudging public sentiment. 

You can eat fajitas with no cheese at all. In fact, that’s probably why the restaurant didn’t serve it in the first place.

On the plus side, the side order of COVID came almost immediately.

Graham Linehan is obviously a POS person. I’m glad that he’s finally facing some repercussions. I’m ashamed to say I was unaware of his bad takes, which have clearly been going on for a long time - until today.

Understood. Maybe try to channel your appreciation for The IT Crowd into non-Linehan works of Chris Morris, Richard Ayoade, Katherine Parkinson, and Matt Berry as a starting point. IMHO, they were the best components of the show. [Oh, and Noel Fielding.]
